AIR_Frankfurt: Artist Talk with Jerome Kugan

On Wednesday, 23 October at 6 pm, our current AIR_Frankfurt guest artist Jerome Kugan will talk about his artistic practice and his project ideas. The three-month residency in Frankfurt is organised in cooperation with Lostgens and the Goethe-Institut Kuala Lumpur.

Jerome Kugan is an artist whose practice spans across words, music and art. His work is personal, sensual, textual, dreamy, queer, punk, poetic, irreverent, silly and surreal.  Graduating from the University of Canberra with a BA in Writing in 1998, he has also worked as a writer/editor, arts event organiser, DJ, queer activist, and once even launched his own line of designer grilled eggplant. He is currently based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
