For the first time, basis e. V. is presenting the vibrant, engaging, and personal works of Sudanese artist Amna Elhassan in a comprehensive institutional solo exhibition. On display are her most recent works from the past year, which were created as part of her scholarship awarded by the Martin Roth Initiative in Frankfurt, as well as paintings that relate to a time before the outbreak of war in Sudan in April 2023.
